The Cleveland Architectural Interns (CAi) are assembled to circulate information to and organize educational events for graduate architectural interns working in the Cleveland area. CAi's mission is to create a forum for unregistered practitioners which facilitates the discussion of professional issues. This is a group that exists nationally in one form or another as a subcommittee of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). It is not necessary to be a member of AIA to take part in CAi.

The CAi board is deeply committed to this mission. The annual photography competition, which brings together people from all over the community of Cleveland, is but one facet of its delivery.
